Does anyone on this forum have connections with any of the colleges and universities in the LA area?
I work in higher education and am looking to relocate and could use some "Hokies in the trenches" to help me out a little bit.

Off hand, I don't have a lot for you, but I know Christina Hennessey, our chapter secretary, works at Loyola Marymount. My girlfriend will be working at the National Writing Project this summer at UCLA before she starts her PhD program (to ultimately work in higher education), and depending on what you're looking for, maybe she could put you in touch with someone? Shoot me a message with a synopsis of what you're looking for and I'll see if I can be of help.
