Hokie needs a roommate in Redondo Beach

Hi guys, I'm a May 09 graduate living in Redondo Beach. My roommate needed to move out so now I'm trying to find someone to fill her spot in our apartment. The location is awesome, right across the street from the Redondo Beach and a 10 min bike ride to Hermosa Pier. It's a two bedroom, 1 bathroom place. Pretty small in size but the proximity to the beach makes up for it!! The rent is $1500 so $750 plus utilities to whoever moves in. I have a dog and the landlord allows them so if you have a dog this is the perfect place.

I'm a clean, fun, and easy going roommate. Preferably I'd like to have another girl around my age move in, but any Hokie would be awesome! I'll try and put some pics up soon but my roommate is in the middle of moving out so it might be a few days
